Customer Service

Our nearly 200 staff members are known for their character, commitment, and competence. We are large enough to meet all commercial and residential outdoor needs; yet we still retain our family values of building personal one-on-one relationships.

Our customer service department is unique within the landscape industry. Most landscape companies employ a sales force that also serves as their customer service department. At Wingren Landscape, we instead employ a customer service/quality control dedicated staff that caters to the landscape needs of our clients. Our customer service representatives meet with their clients on a regular basis to proactively manage their properties, make recommendations for landscape improvements, and immediately resolve any issues that may arise.

Our unique customer service offering is available to every client and includes:

  • A personal, one-on-one relationship with a Wingren Landscape account manager for the life of your business with us.
  • Inclusive maintenance contracts ensuring stabilized costs.
  • Construction and maintenance work guaranteed for the industry standard life of a landscape, depending on plant variety, as long as installed initially by Wingren and Wingren provided continuous maintenance of the property. Items not included in the guarantee are detailed in our warranty.

    Each client is assigned an Account Manager so you have a constant and consistent one-on-one liaison as your work is planned through completion and follow up. Account managers serve as a personal contact for the life of our relationship; our clients even retain their account manager's portable phone number so they can reach them at a moment's notice.

    We have managers across our separate divisions to assure attention and service to specific needs.

Listening to and consulting with our clients to understand and build upon their outdoor vision is the most important phase of our work.
