Our customer service department is unique within the landscape industry. Most landscape companies employ a sales force that also serves as their customer service department. At Wingren Landscape, we instead employ a customer service/quality control dedicated staff that caters to the landscape needs of our clients. Our customer service representatives meet with their clients on a regular basis to proactively manage their properties, make recommendations for landscape improvements, and immediately resolve any issues that may arise.

Each client is assigned an Account Manager so you have a constant and consistent one-on-one liaison as your work is planned through completion and follow up. Account managers serve as a personal contact for the life of our relationship; our clients even retain their account manager's portable phone number so they can reach them at a moment's notice.
