Wingren Landscape is looking for an Account Manager to work in our Maintenance Department with the following qualifications:

5 years of experience managing high-end residential and commerical properties
Preparing estimates, bids and proposal to generate new work
Delivering and following up on bid packages to ensure that clients have enough information to make an informed decision
Provide exceptional customer service through all stages of the job
Demonstrated practice of continuous quality improvement and relationship development
Establish relationships with property management professionals
Ability to prioritze job duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of landscape materials
Knowledge of prairie and aquatic maintenance and associated applicator license a plus
